Reverend Phillip Samlalsingh is the founder and president of Trinidad & Tobago Christian Outreach Center (International), and the senior pastor of MIRACLE CHURCH situated in south Trinidad. Pastor Phillip is born again of the Holy Spirit and serving Jesus for over thirty years.

Pastor Phillip has an incredible passion to see people experience a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ. His spiritual giftings have been used in amazing ways to bring encouragement, healing and deliverance to individuals, leaders and church bodies. His communion with the Holy Spirit is authentic and allows God to touch people’s lives in awesome ways. His desire is to see God’s Kingdom, Power and Glory manifest wherever God takes him.

His calling has since taken him throughout Trinidad & Tobago, USA, Canada, Colombia, Europe and India. He is married to his ever-supportive wife Susan, who is co-founder and minister. They are blessed with three children – Racheal, Reuben and Richard, and two very special grandchildren. All are active in the ministry.

PURPOSE STATEMENT

'MIRACLE CHURCH'

The Purpose of MIRACLE CHURCH (first church of T.T.C.O.C) is to manifest the glory and grace of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, and to cultivate a fellowship of Christian conduct and character that would reflect an ambiance of true worshippers.

What we Believe

Basis of Salvation
We believe that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us, signing the pardon of all who believe on Him and confess Jesus Christ as their Lord.
(John 3:16; Rom. 5:8, Romans 10:9-10)

The Eternal Godhead
We believe God is Triune: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, the three in one.
(1 John 5:7)

The Fall of Man
We believe that man was created in the image of God, but that by voluntary disobedience he fell from perfection.
(Romans 5:12)

The Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant, infallible, irrevocable and complete Word of God.
(2 Timothy 3:16,17)

Salvation through Grace
We believe that before salvation we have no righteousness of our own and must come to God through the righteousness of Christ.
(Ephesians 3:8)

Repentance and Acceptance
We believe that upon sincere repentance and a wholehearted acceptance of Christ as Lord, we are justified before God.
(1 John 1:9)

The Gifts and the Fruit of the Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit has gifts to bestow upon the Christian and that we should show spiritual fruit as evidence of a Spirit-filled life.
(1 Corinthians 12:1-11; Galatians 5:22-23; Romans 12:6-8; Ephesians 4:11-13)

Moderation and Balance
We believe that all truth must be balanced with other scriptural truth in order to avoid any extreme of fanaticism and we believe that moderation should show forth in our daily walk as a believer.

The Second Coming
We believe that the second coming of Christ is literal and inevitable.
(1 Thessalonians 4:16-17)

Church Membership
We believe it is our sacred duty to identify and actively participate with the local and visible church of Christ.
(Acts 16:5; Hebrews 10:25)

Hell
We believe that hell is a literal place of eternal torment for all who reject the Lord Jesus.
(Revelation 20:10,15)

Evangelism
We believe that soul-winning is the Great Commission given to the Church.
